The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of said diamonds. These diamonds are in compliance KPCS. The seller also warrants the products containing gold, tin, tungsten, tantalum or silver have been supplied from a legitimate source and are conflict free.”
